Chamdelabra

$600.00

Chamdelabra is a tabletop lighting piece, by Helena Parriott. In the design, each glass bulb element is blown into a muselet closure: the wire cage that fits over the cork of a bottle of champagne. The wire champagne cages are the most prominent recycled element in the Chamdelabra, while the central pipe, and lamp base are also repurposed brass components as well as the “student glass”, in which UrbanGlass remelts clear glass discarded in the glassblowing process. The base for each lamp is unique.

Warm, diffused LED light sources in each glass bulb can be dimmed, and are powered by 4 AA batteries which last for appx. 20 hours when lit at full brightness.
